Windows 10: Windows 10, 1903 update. Help please.

I was updating my Toshiba Laptop to windows 10 1903 and then I forgot to plug it and fell asleep while the update was going on. So the next day I open my laptop and it undo the downloaded data should have known that it's a sign for me to postponed my update so I started from scratch again and updated it. It took me probably almost 3 hrs to finish the update and I thought it was all okay since the boot went smootjky after the installation, I was able to use the browser for a couple of minutes before deciding to give it a rest so I shut it down. But when I was about to do some stuff I can no longer open it. The screen stays up until the logo of the laptop and won't boot or progress after that. It's stuck with the Tosbiba logo.


I tried the battery cicle stuff where you have to take out the battery and press the power button for 20 sec and then plug and open but it still the same.


I tried every posibble solution found in every forum that I went on to but no one did the trick, one of my concern is that maybe I wasn't able to do what other people suggests in the forum because I have this weird interface in my BIOS/BOOT manager, it's not the normal black screen with courier looking font, and I was able to use my mouse pad in my BIOS/BOOT manager.


Anyone please help me, my greatest concern is my file saved in my laptop.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Cannot update to 1903

O_O thats a lot of steps. Starting in a few mins. Quick question though:
You list a set of instructions for "Windows 10 iso as an in place upgrade repair" with links, and then you included a box for "Routine troubleshooting steps" with 13 steps including links.

Which should I be following first?

PLEASE don't hate me for asking this as this just occurred to me. Should I try the update in Safe mode? I downloaded the MediaCreationTool 1903, but it wasn't successful in doing the update, nor was it successful in creating Usb install.
