Windows 10: Windows 10 1903 update mouse scroll not working

Hi

After updating my pc to version 1903 os build 18362.239 my mouse scroll wheel don't work. I have uninstalled the drivers in device manager. I have change the vertical and horizontal mouse levels to 3. I have tried to opdate drivers to no avail. I got a desktop and using a genius mousei have search the web watch youtube videos anf followed many other advice to no avail.

How do I change scroll direction of a mouse NOT listed under Mice?

Thanks; yes, those are great directions and did work to change the direction of the wired mouse that came with the computer. But the mouse I'm using doesn't show up as a mouse in the hardware list, so I can't follow the rest of those steps. I need the mouse to appear on the list of mice in order to complete this sequence.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
