    Windows 10 1903 won’t install on laptop


    Since last night, I have been trying to update to Windows 10 1903 with no success. It downloads and installs via Windows Update. However, when the computer restarts it is stuck at 0% for an hour and half before it says “Cannot install updates, undoing changes made to your computer”. I have tried deleting all the contents of the Software Distribution Folder, no success. There are no missing or corrupted folders. This morning, I used the Windows Update Assistant and it said that I needed to free up 8GB of space on C://. I did that and intsalled an external USB drive with at least 11 GB of free space. Everything seemed to be installing just fine... until I had to restart the computer. It has been over an hour and I am still stuck at 0%.


    Any idea what could be causing this problem?


    I should mention that for the past cumulative updates for Windows 10 1809, I have had to manually install updates from the Microsoft Catalog, because the download gets stuck at 100%.

    I have MS Money on my laptop with Windows 7 When I downloaded 10 it said I needed IE 6 so I went back to 7

    MS Money works on Windows 8 as I have installed it on my netbook. Why won`t it work on Windows 10?
