Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 and Adobe Applications Incompatibility

Hello all,I am unable to use many Adobe applications because I am receiving an error message that my version of Windows Home 10 is incompatible and I need a later version of Windows 10.I would like to upgrade Windows 10 not 11, to 1909 or above, but are unable to. I have already updated my system and I have even tried to install the mini-updaters--did not work.I've been stuck in an infinite loop.I current have Windows 10 19044.1566.David

adobe not working

I followed all the steps suggested including running the compatibility troubleshooter and the message I received was that Adobe Digital Editions 4 is an incompatible program. I don't know how to resolve this issue. It seems that my e-reader is not functional
with Windows 10.

 

Adobe Reader not opening

I re-installed Adobe Reader DC. It worked for a few hours and then stopped working.

Windows diagnostics said the program is incompatible.

What should I try next?
