    Hai, I had update 2 weeks ago using windows update. Suddenly next day I couldnt using windows update again by settings. Its only black panel loading without any information. Even i cannot update windows defender. I checked windows services and its disable. After I trurned it on, it went disable immidiately. I tried using windows media creation tool to recover and update, but it wont work. I just not yet try to reset the windows cause I'm still using it for works. Any suggestions?

    [Windows 10] hide/prohibit install of specific Windows Update

    try both. disable the group policy, uninstall the windows update/driver - and then use the tool to stop it downloading again.
