Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 feature update changes screen colors

After Windows 10 1909 feature update was applied - all my screen colours became totally mixed up.

Blues showed as Brown, Green were Purple, Reds were Green, etc - so nothing could be viewed in normal color.

Worse than looking at a black& white negative !

I ran various Hardware and Software tests - then tried updating all of my Graphics & Display drivers for my HP ZBook Laptop - but nothing changed.


In the end - I had to uninstall Win10 1909 Feature Update - and use internal System Restore to restore to point prior to today.

Back to normal again - But I will be forced to re-install these at some point - so how will it be fixed ????!!

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to change color scheme for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

• Right click on “Desktop screen”.
• Then click on “Personalize”.
• Click on “Colors”.
• And change the color accordingly.

laptop screen colors not correct after windows 10 1909 update

So i recently updated my laptop to windows update 1909 and when i did i realized that the colors showing on my screen are not the same as before and there is a lot of green in the screen color so i would like to know how to change that.

 

Changing the taskbar color to white in Windows 10

In Windows 10 there is no option for changing the color to white but you can change it to different colors. To change the color of the task bar I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then select personalization.
• Click on color option on the left side.
• You will find an option called “show color on start, taskbar and start icon”.
• You need to on the option and then you can change the color accordingly.
