Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 lags at offline video playing & old games lag

I have a HP Mini 210

-2GB ram ddr2

-150gb storage

-intel atom 1.6Ghz

-1024×700 Display

-intel GMA 3150 512mb vram

Before i update to windows 10 1909 im still running 10240

-i play 360p video its run smoothly

-i play Nfs Mw 2006 i get 8-20fps normal

-i play heavy weapon deluxe run smoothly

After update windows 10 10240 to 1909

-i play 360p video lag while playing

-i play nfs mw 2006 i get 1 fps

-i play heavy weapon deluxe its very choppy


Why Windows 10 1909 Runs Very high cpu usage?

When playing downloaded videos on laptop, it lags.

• From where did you update the display adapter?
• Did you check playing in Windows media player?
• Which file format are you trying to play?
• Is the issue specific to the Video or all the videos?

Game lagging

After my upgrade to windows 10 my PC video games have began to lag. they get stuck in the middle while playing. this is even seen in windows store game. I have updated drivers still there is this problem. This is mostly while playing combat games like
Call of duty 4, risen 3 also in store game of six gun.
