Windows 10: Windows 10 1909 security Update KB4528759

I noticed windows updated on the 9th of Feb and that is about the time I could no longer connect to the Internet. Can't restore to previous state because it's been over 10 days, and the update KB4528759 will not give me the option to uninstall like the other two updates in the package. I have come to conclusion that there is protocol/certification/ or some security glitch as to why the adapter will only connect to the local network, and not to the service provider. I can remote desktop connect to any other computer on my local network. I do have some issues pinging from some devices though. I even tried using a new USB wireless adapter to gain internet access, but same thing occursconnect to network, but no internet connection. Any Ideas how to get rid of or fix KB4528759.

Windows Security Update KB4528759

This Windows security update (KB4528759) ran on my laptop computer on 1/17/2020. My wifi internet connection has been dropping intermittently ever since.

I've tried numerous things to permanently fix the problem with the dropping wifi connection (network reset, disabling/enabling network adapter, uninstalling/reinstalling network drivers, changed power saving settings on network adapter, etc.) and nothing
seems to fix the problem.

Is there anything specific to this particular security update that I can do to fix this problem? I've connected to different ISPs and it happens regardless of the ISP. Other devices connected to those same ISPs do not get disconnected. So it doesn't appear
to be the ISP.

The laptop has 64-bit operating system using Windows 10 Home edition.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.
