    Windows 10 1909 shows "Just a Moment" instead Welcome when user logs in


    We're facing issue with multiple PC's intermittently where Windows 10 1909 shows "Just a Moment" instead Welcome when user logs in.
    It just shows 2-3 sec and logs in immediately, I can see that Windows is not struck to log in.

    My Concern us just why it shows "Just a Moment" instead Welcome.

    Any idea?
