Windows 10: Windows 10 2004, 20H1, 20H2, 21H1 causes KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error on ASUS AIO ET2700I

Hello,I have an ASUS ET2700I All-In-One PC. I installed Windows 10 1909 on it. My son then used the PC for about 2 years playing all kinds of online games, like GTA. In this time there were no issues with the PC.Since my son got a real gaming PC, I took the PC for myself. I uninstalled all his games and various software to get back to just the basic Windows 10. Then this KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED error started to occur, sometimes after 20 minutes, sometimes after 5 minutes. I then re-installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 21H1 and the error was still there.Naturally I thought the problem was h

Ok to Install 20H2 without 20H1 present?

I am running Windows 10 build 1909.

I have NOT installed update 20H1 yet.

Is it ok to go ahead and install 20H2, or am I supposed to manually install 20H1 first?

My PC is only offering 20H2, with the 20H1 offer disappearing recently.

Clicking on Task Scheduler Library.
The only mention of Edge in Task Scheduler that I can see I have already disabled.
