    Windows 10 2004 dual monitor stutter


    I have the latest update 2004 and watching twitch or other things on my dual monitor setup

    27"-1440p 144hz b( true g-sync ) 24" 108pp 60 Hz ( just vsync )

    I get frame drops and stutter bad wile having it open on my 1080p monitor . Switching from twitch windows app to chrome twitch.still stutters and drops frames and looks de syncy but not as bad as the windows twitch app .

    I thought they fixed the dual monitor stutter ...

    Yes windows refresh rate is set to match Nvidia .

    I was on windows 1909 and it seldom happened .

    I'm on the latest Nvidia driver.

    Disabling use hardware acceleration fixes the issue but then the cpu takes the load .

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
