Windows 10: Windows 10 2004 Games not running.

I did a fresh install of windows 10 2004, works perfectly, but today I trayed to ploy mass effect 1 and mass effect 2 on steam, both do not running.

All updates are installed, at this day trying to play mass effect 1 and 2, no errors so far, for me it's the best versions after the first one when I was a insider at launched.


I asked 2 friends to test it, both in old versions on windows runs the game without no problems.


Yes I already test:


- Permissions....

- Compatible Win win xp sp2 and sp3 and 7.

My radeon drive was last official and did this same problem, now I am in last beta and still not running.


The problem is, the game appear to running on steam and 3 a 4 seconds latter it closes and no show more running in steam, the game not show any errors and no show the first screen of the game.


I already did:


Uninstalled on STEAM and delete the folder, download ai again and run verify files....


Not working.


I follow every steam community errors, old old problems, it appears I am one of the few try to play this game on windows 10 2004.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

- When you say 'ive tried troubleshooting', what are you referring to?

- Did you check in compatibility mode?

I suggest to run the game in compatibility mode by following the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the ‘Setup’ icon for the game and click on properties.
  
• 
  Under Compatibility tab, check the option for ‘Run in Compatibility mode’.
  
• 
  Select Windows 8.1 from the drop down list.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and then OK.
