Windows 10: Windows 10 20h2 has been corrupted and stuck on preparing automatic repair when i turn on...

Hi. I did a system restore because windows was lagging and then restore got stuck after a wile for hours so i forced shutdown and started up the laptop but then i got a screen that says preparing automatic repair and got stuck on that screen, i tried all the repair options on the F6 menu on windows, troubleshooting, restore, reset all of it besides doing a clean installation but none of the options works it keeps on failing on all of it. I want to do a clean installation of windows 10 pro 20h2 64bit on my acer laptop 4gb core i3 via a usb like what was on there, can u explain nice in detail how to install the windows from a usb and where do i get that installation file and if i get it installed will it be automatically activated? And will i loose all my personal files there is important documents on the laptop, the power goes off a lot here, when i am busy installing windows 10 and the power goes off and the internet goes off as well as the laptop will it still install once the power is on again? And will it install over the corrupted windows 10 thats already on the laptop

• Are you getting any error messages?
• Do you have an installation media for Windows 10 (DVD or USB)?

Laptop stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair

I tried to boot into advance startup options but it didnt work. followed the instructions. it might be of note that when I turned off the machine the first and third time, the Preparing Automatic Repair text was there. After completing your given instructions, it continued to start up and say Preparing Automatic Repair. Waiting to see what happens next as of 11.55pm uk time.

Also, should note I dont have a disk drive in this laptop.

the preparing automatic repair text is gone and the laptop restarted quickly, the os text was in top left , now stuck on the loading wheel which is the state it was in when I tried using advance startup options a few minutes ago.
