    Windows 10 20H2 install fails with error code 0x80070013


    The Update & Security tab of Windows Settings indicated my Windows 10 version 2004 machine was ready for Windows 10 version 20H2. I selected "Download and Install". Shortly after, a dialog indicated I should reboot the machine, which I did. After booting, nothing appeared to be installing. I checked the System settings and see: Edition = Windows 10 Pro, Version = 20H2, Installed on = 7/21/2020, OS build = 19042.630 and Experience = Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0. Yet when I view the update history, the last "Feature update" is "Windows 10, version 2004" and installed on 7/21/2020. I decide to try a restart and saw that I had an option "Update and restart", which I selected. When I revisited the Update & Security tab of Windows Settings, I saw the message: "We couldn't install this update, but you can try again 0x80070013." I had the option to try to "download and install". The reboot was fast, but the update history still indicates it thinks I have only Windows 10 version 2004.


    Any suggestions about how I actually get this latest feature version to install?
