Windows 10: Windows 10 20h2 stuck at 61

Hi.I am running windows v1909 now and my update to 20h2 keeps getting stuck at 61%.Error code is 0x8024000bMy conexant audio driver is v8.66.52.52.Read that we can try replacing conexant with "High Definition Audio Driver" but when i do that, I get a pop-up from windows saying that they are not sure if it is compatible with my hardware, so I got worried and didn't go ahead.Any ideas of how i can solve this?Your help is much appreciated. Windows 10 factory reset stuck on 61


Hey I need help really badly, yesterday I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 and then I realized that all my files stayed which I didn't want all my files so I did a factory reset on my windows 10 upgraded PC and it has been stuck at 61% for about 8-9 hours. The circle loading is still moving but the percentage is stuck at 61. I am worried to turn off my PC in case of it being ruined. Thanks.

My computer is in the middle of resetting to its factory defaults. The computer has been stuck on 61% for around 45 minutes. Is this normal? Thanks for the reply.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
