Windows 10: Windows 10 20H2 update - make Start menu transparent and other windows also, and impossible...

I've recently updated my Windows 10 to 20H2 update - a big mistake because Microsoft chooses to change some defaults that make the PC unusable.

First - the start menu became transparent so veeeeery hard to see which option I click.





I have to minimize all windows to leave the blue background to barely see the options.


The ugliest part is that after I managed to go to Settings screen - the windows will not "paint" - I have to minimize/maximize or move the window around to "paint" some of it, and if I have the chance to choose an option to see the next details I have to play with that window again.


So, in this manner, the PC is unusable. And this problem I have it on 2 of my PCs. :


Is there a way to get my initial options back assuming I will find my way though the settings windows or I have to revert back to the previous windows version?

Tried the fist no dice. Even tried uninstalling Kasperski still no go

I was wondering is there a way to make the background 100%.

I have followed these steps but it doesn't work.

I guess it'll work in previous versions.

I know there are programs that do this but I don't want to use any.
