Windows 10: Windows 10 21H1 installation fails with error code 0x80070013

The Update & Security tab of the Windows settings indicated that my Windows 10 version 2004 machine was ready for Windows 10 version 21H1. I selected "Download and install". Shortly after, a dialog box indicated that I should reboot the machine, which I did. After booting up, it didn't seem like anything was being installed. I have checked the system settings and see the update history, the latest "feature update" is Windows 10, version 2004 and it was installed on 7/21/2020. I decide to try a reboot and saw that it had an "Refresh and reboot" option, which I selected. When I revisited t

Everytime when updating Windows 10, updating failed error (0x80070013). How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.
