Windows 10: Windows 10 21H2 activation error 0xc004f050

Hi, I activated Windows 10 with a valid Windows 7 key which came with the computer when I bought it it is printed on a label attached to my PC. I've been using the same PC for many years with this key and it worked without a problem until yesterday when a popup message informed me that the key will expire soon. I tried entering the same key, but I am getting an error message that reads "The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. 0xc004f050". Hello,

I installed Windows 10 pro x64 build/version 1809 on my machine but have activation issue with error code: 0xC004F050.

we are domain users. when i put my PC to domain did not get license. what is problem?

May be a key/edition mismatch...

 

Windows 10 Activation Error: 0xc004f050

I have performed a clean install on a new hard drive of Windows 10 Home and cannot activate. I get error 0xc004f050.

The original upgrade was from Windows 8 Pro, which I used the Windows 10 upgrade application and received an email on July 21st that my reservation was confirmed.

During the clean install, I skipped the step to enter the code.

Is this because I am installing Windows 10 Home instead of Pro? Is there a way to activate this currently installed version?
