Windows 10: Windows 10 21h2 KB5019959 Failed to Update

I am currently having issues updating to 21h2 for my computer so I can stop it from bothering me again.. These issues have been going on for the past while and I can never seem to resolve the issue. I've tried ignoring the update for the past while until it started bothering me about it again. I've tried and tried again, but it never seems to work. When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

I'm feeling much better now that you have suggested a workable solution to the KB5019959 update. I have successfully uninstalled the update and hidden it to prevent future installations of the offending update. The root cause of the Internet anomalies on my machine subsequent to the installation of KB5019959 are unknown and hopefully will be addressed by Microsoft.
