Windows 10: Windows 10 22H2 Cumulative update preview Stuck at 21%

I'm facing issue on windows update cumulative update preview. It completed installing 100% and started again installing and got stuck at 21% ..?

In my Windows 10 Settings -> Windows Update panel, I was informed that I had the following optional update:

2023-03 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023773)

I initiated the update and at the 1-hour mark, it seemed stuck at 21%.

(1) How can I unstick it?

(2) Is there anything I can do to speed it up? I have only a browser open while I wait.

(3) Would it be wise to reboot to see if it unsticks the update?
