Windows 10: Windows 10 22H2 update error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

So I've tried updating to Windows 10 22H2 for a couple of days now and haven't had any luck. I first tried in the built in updater in settings but kept on getting the same generic error code 0x8007001f. I then swapped to using the Media Creation tool and now make it to 30% updated where it restarts once and then gets to roughly ~60% before halting and returning my windows to how it was before the update. Now I've gone through the rabbit hole of unplugging every USB item from my PC, updating all drivers with driverscloud and disabling all non-microsoft services for a clean boot. But I still can

Same here, have tried it at least three times to no avail. Installation gives a BSOD after second reboot at 32% of installation (6% of apps and drivers). It tries to resurrect the installation, fails, and rolls back to original OS, Windows 7 Ultimate, in my case. On return to W7 it gives the dreaded error code 0xc1900101-0x30018. Will be following this thread to see if any possible solution arises.

Edit: During one of my attempts, I unplugged the USB drive and the Wifi USB, this did not help unfortunately.
