Windows 10: Windows 10 22H2 update failed blue screen of death

Windows 10 22H2 update failed blue screen of death happened multiple times. Although windows got back to normal after self-recovery, the update prompts keep coming and can only be delayed for few weeks. I want to opt out of this messy update as it disrupted my work flow and these updates don't seem to help me in anyway. Either let me opt out or stop sending me this updates or find a legitimate fix.

I downloaded the 22h2 update. after download it installed and ask to restart. it then tried to repair. repair failed went help screen i tried all the options available nothing works now i am not able to use my computer. i have to use my old laptop not my desktop desktop blue screen of death. what are my options
