Windows 10: Windows 10 22h2

How Do I remove this as on one system it shut off my Inertnet then was hit by a Virus of which Microsofts Defender can't even clean , now on a 1909 Backup that just got the 22h2 and for some reason my IPs did not vanish like on the last one. DNS got broke on that drive this one DNS is still there on this one so internet works albeit Slow and Tedious cause of the 22h2 Build as have a 500/20 Internet and Speed test says Cable is Different 50 .87 his, the Cable says 574 22. This Build has Broken so many pcs I personally would like to remove the 22h2 to get my PC back to running correctly, or

How to get the Windows 10 2022 Update version 22H2  

If you can't install it from windows update you can try to install it manually, it's the same KB5015684 obtained with windows update.
