    I am not sure on the forum rules on this. That screenshot is not technically a wallpaper.

    You can actually do this yourself using windows 10 & mspaint. What you do is right click on this pc, choose properties, maximum the screen shown. Open up mspaint. Choose Resize, select 10 & hit ok. Now minimize mspaint. Then hit print screen unminimize mspaint, then select paste. Now use the eraser to erase what you don't want shown on the desktop (Make sure you save frequently in case you goof). When done select make this the desktop background.

    You can experiment with mspaint you can modify size & other things.
