    Hi, my custom pc that I haven't used more than a year was running just perfect. I wanted to sell and wipe the drives so I did so only to see an error. So I went on youtube and found a video telling me to open a command prompt and enter something and have me raise the number to 3. So I did thinking it would help. This took me into a 64% loop where it restarts and stays for about 4 seconds then reboots again. This is very frustrating as I can not figure out what to do. I've tried turning it on and off several times only to find the same outcome. Please help!!!

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
