Windows 10: windows 10 64bit

hello i shared a questions before 2 hours about this and it is deleted while other answer it in my main account and i cant make another question from it anywaysmy problem is i cant install a windows 10 64bit in my old pc im using a USB for that and i tried the usb in my main pc it is worked so what can i do to download the windows 10 64bit in my old pc my motherboard : intel dg31prmy CPU : dual core E5200notes 1 my old pc have a windows 7 64bit system 2 my bios is legacy but i dont know what that means
