Windows 10: Windows 10 abnormal behaviour.

Hey Microsoft I hope you all are doing well, I am currently having a big problem on my pc and i don't know what I should do. Whenever I start my browser and sometimes even while roaming the pc, my pc starts behaving badly and it's really annoying some of the main problems are:- 1. My keyboard starts writing in capital letters even when my caps lock is off and vice versa my keyboard doesn't type letters from the top it just types symbol even when I'm not holding shift key. 2. The tabs of browser is not opening on the same page instead it opens after starting a new browser.3. Sometimes I can't s

Abnormal behaviour of my WP

when ever I connect my charger to my windows phone to charge it , I see some abnormal behaviour on screen like it automatically selects some apps and closes and if I play games like hill climbing or temple run, without my involvement it jumps, moves forward
, backward etc.,

Abnormal behaviour of touch

My Lumia 720 touch is behaving abnormally. It is frequently opening the Apps at the top centre region automatically. Also,if the phone left unused,the App-list page is getting opened automatically. I did a hard reset, but the problem still persists. What
shall I do?

 

Hibernating laptop changes to sleep behaviour after Windows 10 May 2019 update

Thank you for your reply. I have tried the two steps (turning of Hybrid sleep and Fast startup) you suggested but to no avail. Okay, for your two questions:

1. My laptop is a HP Pavilion 14-bf101tx, and currently running Windows 10 1903 (upgrading from 1809).
2. Nope. No error messages. I suppose the boot process was successful, however, my battery was reduced. That's why I suggest the post title as "Hibernating changes to sleep behaviour" because the battery level reduction looks like sleep behaviour.

Please inform me of any diagnostics information you might need. Thank you for your kind assistance.
