Windows 10: Windows 10 + access MDB file shared in windows 2012R2 server access to slow

I have several computers with windows 10 Pro, running applications that access MDB files that are in a network drive in a windows 2012R2 Server.The programs run very slow.The same computer computer with Windows XP runs the applications with no problems, same network connection, only change the hard disk to install Windows XP.The time to run one specific query, can change from 1 second on XP to 365 seconds on Windows 10.I disabled Intel SpeedStep and Hyperthreadig on the machine bios running Windows 10 and the time in that query came to 111 seconds.I have also detect that having SMB1 ative in s

File Share server access very slow

Hello all,

Since a week ago my File Share server has been slow to open the "root" folder. Opening a folder via the path in the explorer is immediate.
Anyone with this problem?
This only happens with Windows 10, when I try to access File Share through a Windows Server, it's immediate/normal.

Notes:

My "corporate" antivirus is Kaspersky, I have already uninstalled it from the server and stopped on my computer. It didn't.

PC: Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.5.0.590
Server: Kaspersky 11 for Windows Server (v11.0.0.480)
OS: Windows 10 20H2 (Build 19042.867) with CU 2021-03

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ?
