    Windows 10 'Accessories Files'?

I have my new laptop (only 5 months old) which has Windows 10. I have been used to using Windows XP, Windows 8.1 and now I find that Windows 10 is not that user-friendly!

I searched for the 'snippit tool' (which has apparently been re-named as 'snip and sketch')', however, it was not on my laptop, then the more I read about it I came to the conclusion that I should have 'Windows Accessories' files installed...… I have found the 'mspaint' file but it wont open? I have followed several instructions as to where to find the 'Accessories' files but I haven't had any success with what I've read about the issue? (Note: I have tried to download the 'snip and sketch' software from Microsoft but the only thing that downloads is the 'icon' for it???)

Where can I find the Windows 10 'Accessories' files on my laptop? Also...… there is, apparently a Microsoft Office package which can be downloaded for completely FREE???, I don't really understand but apparently there are two versions: the completely free version and the version which has to be purchased??? (what is all that about)???? Please help???

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
