Windows 10: windows 10 activation after reset

I have recently reset my windows 10 that was original on my laptop since I have bought it. I tried to activate it but I couldn't.

I found my key using command below:

wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey

Then as I entered it I got this message:

"We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key, if you think you have a valid license or key, select Troubleshoot below. (0xc004c003)"

Then when I select Troubleshoot, I get this:

"Something prevented us from communicating with our activation servers. wait a few minutes and then try again. (0x87e10bc6)."

What should I do?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 fails to update

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
