Windows 10: Windows 10 activation after upgrading from Windows 8.1.

Hello, dear support team and community!Last weekend, I decided to upgrade my Windows 8.1 OS to Windows 10 Home edition using the official ISO file from your website on my old 2013 laptop. I had a legitimate Windows 8.1 license on it and have the product ID and key ready to provide as proof. Unfortunately, after installing the new version of Windows 10 via USB, which I created using your official utility, I lost my license. When I try to activate it again, I receive the error code "0x803fa067." I am prepared to provide all relevant information about my product and am requesting your assistance.

or you could hack it with a crack but please note this is always risky and you don't know what's in the hack

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
