Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation error code 0x80049e00

Ever since adding a second monitor to my setup it is asking me to activate windows.I have re-entered the product code I used when I first set up my pc. it is giving me error code 0x80049e00 and is telling me that windows cannot be activated on my device at the moment.Is there any way to fix this problem?

5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
