Windows 10: Windows 10 activation on Mac

Hi,


I've bought Windows Pro 8.1 5 years ago, & I've upgraded it to Windows 10 when it was launched for free.


Unfortunately, I've removed my Windows OS from my Mac, due to limit of space.


So I wanted to know, how would I be able to retrieve my Windows 10 Key, so I can re-install the windows on my Mac without buying Windows 10? So I would skip the part of upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

Data Recovery for Mac (OSX Capitan) ?

Anybody knows of a good data recovery software for mac? Preferably free?

I use Active@ Data Recovery for Windows, but honestly no idea what to use for Mac OSX.

Any suggestions?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.

• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
