    I purchased a digital copy of Windows Pro 10 in 2016, and recently had cause to re-install it. However, I have no record of the activation key not visible on my receipt from the MS store. No matter what I do, I simply cannot reactivate it. Is there actually a way of contacting MS about it in the UK? I have raised several support tickets, but they just close them after few days.
