Windows 10: Windows 10 activation

Hi, i bought a laptop (Samsung NP740U5L-Y02US) one and half years ago. It came with windows 10 pre installed and licensed. I lost all of my hard drive info, and with that i lost the recovery partition. Is there anyway to revalidate the windows if i installed from microsoft download site? I dont have any other media to recover more than internet.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
