Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation

I recently bought Windows 10 from the Microsoft store but when I tried to change the key in settings, it would say that the key didn't work and that I needed to enter a different key error 0xc004f050. I've tried to look for solutions to this problem, but I haven't been able to find one yet. My computer was previously running Windows EnterpriseS Home.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
