Windows 10: Windows 10 activation

Hi, I used Windows 10 as it was installed on my laptop when I bought it, I then upgraded to Windows 11. after that, a pop up came to me and said "you need to activate windows". I activated windows illegally using a third party software called "KMSpico".Now, I want to be legal, so I removed the old windows and reinstalled a new windows 10 using a flash drive I created using the .iso file from the official Microsoft website.Unfortunately, it says now "your windows is activated using a digital license"...I know this has something to do with the mother board.But what if I installed Windows 10 Home

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
