Windows 10: Windows 10 Activation

Hi,I've recently upgraded my windows 7 laptop to windows 10 by doing a clean install, but now it will not activate.I was told I need to reinstall windows 7 then use media creation tool to upgrade.does anybody know where I can get a legal copy of windows 7 installation files?Thanks in advance.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
