Windows 10: windows 10 activation

I have a legal windows 10 copy. i upgraded my desktop PC intel i5 to intel i12 and cloned the system files into an WD Green 240 GB SN 359 NVMe SSD fitted and into mother board. Now the PC after booting says "activate windows". i tried to activate but it is not activating and giving me error code 0xC004F074. Further, After booting, it needs more than 3-4 minutes for assigning the internet connection. And in device manager, other devises, it shows 2 unknown devices. I right clicked and opened the details and it shows they are mother board related. - ACPI/NTC1070/2&DABA3FE&0 and another o

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
