Windows 10: Windows 10 Administrator Password and F12 Option will not work Help

Windows 10 will not accept administrator's password, or even allow me to select F12, or F2. Can not even tell you if the Num lock key is on or off. Because the keyboard light appears to be for the entire key pad. Never the less It doesn't work. I am totally locked out of my PC. I tried Microsoft logon, however it will not work on my Dell PC that is of course locked. There must be a solution? Do now have a backup disk or password disc. Please help!

Why my Windows 10 does not goes to safe mode?

Hello,

I accidentally disabled all of my user accounts including the administrator. now I am locked

out. cant remember password for administrator. I have tried to get into safe mode by hitting f8 but it will not go into safe mode nor it take boot from USB or DVD on pressing 12. On pressing F12 , the boot
option displays for some seconds and automatically goes to windows screen . it does not allows me to choose any option! i am totally locked! please help!!

 

Installing Windows Server 2012 caused black screen with cmd

I was running Windows 10 and everything was perfect. Then, I downloaded windows server 2012 from Microsoft website to be able to run Microsoft SharePoint foundation on it. Once i installed the server it ran automatically to show me only a black screen with
running CMD after he asked me to create a password to sign in as administrator. After that I could not go back to my windows 10 I've tried soo many ways non of them worked even f12, f8, f2, shutdown.exe is not working evry time i try to press f12 the screen
flash twice then it start as usual to the black screen. I need help please my windows 10 contains soo much important stuff
