Windows 10: Windows 10 administrator registration problem

Soo about 2 days ago I was trying to transfer the administrator tittle to my other account but silly ol me first changed the administrator account to a normal user one with the "netplwiz" command from the run program and when I try to redo my steps it gives me this picture. Any advice about what I can do, it bugs me because I can't download things and i don't know what to do. if possible I want to repair the damage without reinstalling my OS because I have many files and personal info and I don't trust myself with this kind of things.

Can't remove WinZip20 from my Windows 10

I had the same problem. I finally right-clicked on the winzip icon and selected "Run As Administrator". Then I opened the application. When the registration window came up, it allowed me to enter the new registration number without generating the "error
5". Now it runs without problem. Hope it works for you.

How do I get into administration access to change the miss spelled email I put in when I filling in the registration details, when can't go to the email asking me to verify who I am........as it doesn't exist

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's an easy mistake - and you're not the first to make it. The solution is to enable the built in Administrator account and use that to put things right. You'll need to use Option Four here...
