Windows 10: Windows 10 - All Browsers Crashing - Blue Screen Error Code: MEMEORY_MANAGMENT - Couldn't...

Recently, blue screen errors occur to my laptop and the error code is MEMORY_MANAGMENT.I also have problem with any browser like Firefox and Chrome. They crash with no specific reason. The problem with .rar files is that I couldn't extract any file with Winrar, every file seems to be corrupted! It is wired because they could be extracted completely in other laptops..I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it said the RAM has problem.However I can not trust that the problem is RAM. How could I make sure and buy a new memory module?I don't have any antivirus softwareI have not made any recent change
