Windows 10: Windows 10 all updated not finding previously used bluetooth audio devices but finds other...

Two Bluetooth audio devices previously used on PC cannot not be found with add Bluetooth device. Other non-audio devices can be found, Both audio devices find and pair with phone. All drivers are updated. Uninstalled Bluetooth driver and rebooted with no change. Went into Services.MSC and changed two Bluetooth services to automatic and rebooted with no change. Problem may have started after a Windows update in the last several months.


Both devices were showing previously on the list but would not connect. I removed these and now the PC can not find them.


Is there a Bluetooth sync history that can be cleared?? There was in an older version.

This may be caused by a corrupt or an outdated driver. It may also be caused by an incorrect device connection setup.

• The Bluetooth toggle is missing in Bluetooth & other devices settings or can't be turned on.

Bluetooth not finding my audio devices

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I upgraded to Windows 10. Since then my pc cannot find my audio devices (I got 2 separate Bluetooth headsets). I followed all the instructions that I found on the net but unfortunately nothing helped. Both audio devices are visible since my phone
finds them immediately.

Do you have any ideas how to fix it?
