Windows 10: Windows 10 amazon App

I recently had to do a clean install of Windows 1909 due to the failure of 2004 to work correctly. After reinstalling windows apps I find that the Amazon app is permanently locked to the U.S., where before, I had it set to my country of the U.K. and there is no facility to change this. I've tried reinstalling it but it makes no difference. Has the app recently changed to make this happen or is it a failure on the part of the app. Thanks.

Amazon Music App for Windows 10

I use Amazon Music App and would like to make it my default app for music but it isn't offered in the list of music apps. Windows 10 doesn't even recognize that it is downloaded and that I am allready using it on Windows 10. Any ideas on how to get Windows
10 to recognize that the app is downloaded? Thanks, Alice

p.s. you can see in the list below in "Product" that it doesn't even offer Amazon Music as an alternative.

Amazon App from Windows Store (Windows 10)

About one week ago I upgraded my Dell laptop to Windows 10 and downloaded/installed the Amazon App from the Windows Store. While the Windows Store says that the app is installed on my computer, I'm not seeing it listed in the "All Apps" section of the Start
Menu nor listed in the installed programs through the Control Panel. The only way I'm able to open the app is if I go the Windows Store and click on Open.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to enable the app for me to view it without going through the Windows Store? If I need to uninstall it and reinstall the app, how do I go about doing so (since it's not showing up in the Control Panel/Programs list)?
