Windows 10: Windows 10, an error with Windows Update again that crush my computer.

This is the second time that this error came to me.




I try to update windows and I get the following error:



I have tried uninstalling the latest updates and reinstalling and it has not worked.

The problem is that I cannot use the computer because every time it crashes and leads me to the blue screen where I have no choice but to restart it forcibly.

I tried to corroborate the windows data with CMD with the rfc / scannow code and at the beginning he told me that there were some damaged files but that they were corrected, I ran it again just in case and he said that everything was fine. but the problem continues and I am still unable to update. On another page I read that I must download the ID of the package that is failing that indicates it in CBS.log which is the following, but I cannot find it in the catalog or I don't know how to look for it.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 10 forced download

I actually had a client call yesterday with an email problem. when I tried walking him through some steps, he says "Yeah, I don't see that there, but I think it's because it's updated to windows 10. It did that a few weeks ago. I came back in on Monday, and it said Welcome to Windows 10"..... I think I'd throw the computer out the window.
