Windows 10: Windows 10 and 11 have so many shortcomings bugs, etc., they are almost un-usable

In their rush to get shiny new products out the door, the folks at Microsoft prematurely release new builds before they are even close to being ready. While this makes the balance sheet look great in the immediate, Microsoft and its shareholders will pay dearly on down the line. That time is not far away, as its products are practically unusable. So many end users have so many different problems that the only way for Microsoft to fix one problem with an update it to create a dozen more problems,... which require updates to fix which create more problems. Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

16GB RAM only 8GB usable on Windows 10 x64

have 16GB of RAM installed on my computer, but only 8GB is usable. I am running Windows 10 x64. I have tried the following steps to fix this issue, but they have not worked:

1. I have updated the BIOS to the latest version.
   
2. I have tried reseating the RAM modules.
   
3. I have tried using different RAM modules.
   
4. I have tried run-MSConfig
   

I am still not able to use all 16GB of RAM. Any suggestions?
