Windows 10 and 11 issue with unlocking all processors

Hi all,I have two different systemsA Windows 10 on a Dell 5550 with a Hexacore with HT --> only six processors and six logical cores even though HT is enabled in the BIOS, device manager shows all 12 processorsB Windows 11 VM on VMware ESXi 6.7 installed with two cores, then updated the VM to 12 cores. System shows only 2 processors, 2 logical cores even though device manager shows all 8 processorsNow the fun thing - if I reboot into Recovery, I can see that all of the cores are available. So it is cleary not a hardware nor BIOS/EFI issue, but Windows screwing up.What I tried- msconfig o

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
