Windows 10: Windows 10 and 11 networking not working

I have got a new pc with windows 11, the old one with Win 10. Both are working fine. Connected to the same wifi and they can see each other in file explorer. I was able to retrieve files on the old pc win 10 from the new one, but not able to do the reverse. First of all, file explorer can see all folders of the new pc from the old, except the DESKTOP, then when i open a seen folder such as Documents, it appears empty. I have checked the Win 11 pc and made sure Network Discovery is turned on. I even turned off Windows Denfender firewall, still did not work. The new PC has Nortan installed, I

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter
