Windows 10: Windows 10 and 11 stuck in diagnosing your pc

Hey so yesterday I launched my asus k55vd 2012 laptopAnd first time it didint boot after pressing buttonAnd when it boots,first windows 10 was diagnosing your pc and then couldn't repair your pc then I tried setup fixAnd everything else then as my last resort I had to reset win 10So after probably HOURS of reseting pc Windows 10 works Then I installed Windows 11 And selected keep apps and personal files Got blown away with the futures of win 11Guess what I restarted Windows 11 and boom I'm in square one Windows still can't boot PLS HELP MEE I tried everything and I'm not reseting Windows again

windows 10 on laptop is stuck in Diagnosing mode.

Hi. My Windows 10 laptop is stuck in diagnosing your PC mode. Tried crashing it three times in succ session but did not help.No cursor control Any suggestions please?

Windows 10 stuck on "Diagnosing your pc"

I have the same problem also stuck at the diagnosing your pc and I tried by pressing window + C but nothing happened. my laptop is ASUS A556U window 10
