Windows 10: Windows 10 and 8.1 launch apps randomly

So when i had Windows 8.1 it started launching apps randomly it got annoying so i switched to Windows 7 everything was perfect until i installed Windows 10 first it launched google chorme i unstalled it then it launched mozilla firefox i unstalled mozilla then it launched the mail app i scanned my pc for malware it didn't show any malware i scanned my pc for viruses but nothing the only app that's starting up with my pc is steam.

I suggest the steps below to check if the issue is related to any of the following:

1. Log into another User account and check if the issue persist.

2. Perform a clean boot to from safe mode to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

then it launched the mail app i scanned my pc for malware with malwarebytes and iobit malware fighter it didn't show any malware i scanned my pc for viruses with advanced system care and windows defender but nothing the only app that's starting up with my
pc is steam. It's such a pain typing this every key i press launches the mail app my keys could be binded but this doesn't happen always. Oh and my graphic driver stops responding quite often it's up to date.
